Defence for Children provides presentations and workshops concerning the International Convention on the Rights of the Child, where the context, the meaning and the range of the Convention are being discussed. Defence for Children International also has several games to help familiarize participants with the different articles of the Convention. Upon completion os the training participants will be able to instruct children and young people about their rights.

• Teachers of primary and secondary education. 
• Tutors of institutions, scout groups, youth council, etc. 
• Medical students, law students, pedagogue students and students of social sciences.  

The presentation takes approximately 2 hours.

The information can be given in English and in Dutch.

Defence for Children International gives the presentation on location.

A PowerPoint presentation is used, therefore a beamer is necessary. A flip-over or a white board is necessary for the discussion
